Correct preparation is the key to ensuring a uniform suspension and avoiding nodule complications.
Step 1: Add Diluent
Add 7–8 mL of sterile water for injection or 0.9% sodium chloride solution into the vial.
Step 2: Mix Gently
Gently swirl the vial until the lyophilized powder is completely reconstituted into a uniform suspension. Do not shake vigorously, as this may damage the particle structure.
Step 3: Add adjuvants
