In general, there are three ways to make hyaluronic acid.
Chemically synthesized: Polymerization using natural enzymes. First, "hyaluronic acid oxacyclopentene derivatives" are synthesized by using polysaccharide polymers, and then hydrolysis enzymes are added to make a complex of derivatives and enzymes, and finally the enzymes are removed in the 90 degrees Celsius reaction solution to synthesize hyaluronic acid.
Made by microbial fermentation: Glucose is used as the carbon source fermentation broth. Fermentation in the medium for 48 hours, after the end of fermentation, filtration to remove mycelium and impurities, and then use alcohol precipitation and other simple operations to obtain a high-purity product.
Made of animal tissue: The main raw materials are chicken crown and bull's eye vitreous, etc., acetone or ethanol to degrease and dehydrate the raw materials, soak and filter with distilled water, and purify to obtain refined hyaluronic acid.
