Devolux®
PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) is a biocompatible, biodegradable, high-molecular-weight synthetic polymer of L-lactic acid. PLLA-based injection fillers are widely used as long-lasting collagen stimulators. Devolux® PLLA filler is formulated for predictable collagen induction and tissue remodeling, making it an effective Poly-L-Lactic Acid PLLA injection filler option for facial rejuvenation and off-face applications.
PLLA is a resorbable filler class that has been shown in clinical practice to provide durable improvements; many clinical reports cite persistence of effect for extended periods (often up to around two years) depending on indication and individual response.
· Devolux — Low-price PLLA filler with robust collagen-stimulating properties.
· Devolux PLLA injections promote new collagen and elastin formation, firm and tighten skin, and help restore lost facial volume. For mature patients seeking structural restoration, Devolux PLLA is a suitable collagen stimulator.
· Dermax Devolux PLLA is produced to high quality standards and supplied with clear reconstitution guidance.
This methodology has evolved through clinical practice. Typical reconstitution and hydration practices commonly used are: 8–9 mL for face and 16 mL for off-face preparations, with a recommended hydration time of 24–72 hours prior to injection for optimal dispersion.
Forehead
Volume: 5-8ml
Injection level: blunt needles, flatly, mainly subcutaneously, supplemented by periosteum.
Remarks: Avoid excessive single-site volume to reduce risk of downward migration.
Temple
Volume: 2-3ml on one side
Injection level: blunt and sharp needles are used together. The levels are subcutaneous fat layer and temporal muscle layer.
Remarks: After injection, withdraw and apply uniform pressure to help even dispersion; then use a blunt cannula to feather PLLA across the subcutaneous plane.
Cheekbone
Volume: 2ml on one side
Injection level: It is recommended to use blunt needles flatly in multiple layers, subcutaneous, fat layer, fascia layer, subfascial tissue and periosteum.
Stretch marks
Mixing ratio: Add 15ml sterile water and 2ml Lidocaine.
Volume: 20ml-30ml
Injection level: Target the fractured dermal layer; for deeper lines insert sharp needles vertically into the deep dermis at affected sites.
